Md Rashed Bhuyan is an academician, researcher, and architect. Bhuyan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture, BRAC University (BracU). He directs the Design Research Cell at BRAC University. Bhuyan holds a PhD in Architecture and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He completed his professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Before joining BRAC University, Dr. Bhuyan worked as a researcher and faculty member at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore and the University of Asia Pacific, Dhaka.
